Full Planning and Design Services

Our Full Planning Service is customized for each couple. We provide exceptional service throughout, based on our clients needs. Below is a list of some of the services we offer. Our service list is compiled of services based on your unique wedding day needs. Our fees are not based on percentages as we view our couples as unique individuals with unique needs. Your full planning fee is based on the services you require.

Month of Planning & Day of Management

This package was created to help our amazing couples that are knee deep in planning details and ‘cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel’. We have structured our Month of Planning as a partial planning package in order to help with any last minute details that you still have left to do.

4 in person Consultations up to 7 weeks* prior to your wedding.

Help with Speeches: writing and consulting
Help with Writing Personal Vows.
Help with Program creation.
Timeline creation if needed

Meeting with your wedding party to discuss etiquette and expectations.

This package is for the couple who has it all under control, but wants to really enjoy the last few weeks prior to their wedding and make sure their hard work is brought forth and managed by an knowledgeable and experienced professional.

Set up of Receiving area – Guest book, placecards, favours
Relocating any gifts and the card-box to a more secure location (TBD)

Consultation

This is for the couple that wants to do all the planning themselves but needs some help along the way. Services are limitless and we can help with absolutely any aspect of your wedding. (3 hour minimum applies).

Custom Wedding Planning Packages can also be created based on your needs. Please ask us if there are services you require that you do not see on our list. We are sure we can accommodate you.
